Reservations
A valid credit card is required for all reservations.
Your card is not charged until checkin for weekend and weekday reservations.
A $250.00 refundable security deposit is required for weekly rentals. Payment in full at checkin.

Cancellation Policy
30 day cancellation for all weekend reservations and weekly reservations.
14 day cancellation for weekday reservations.
You will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation unless we can re-sell the reservation.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early check-in may be available so please ask before your arrival.
If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM please let us know.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. A $200 fine will be assessed for smoking inside the home..

Other
Our Vacation Home is in a residential area. Loud parties or excessive noise cannot be tolerated.

| Friday & Saturday Nights | $205.00 per night - 1 to 4 guests $265.00 per night - 5 to 8 guests ( 3 night minimum on Holiday Weekends) ( 2 night minimum on weekends) |
| Weekly Rate: June - July - August | $1500.00 + $100.00 Cleaning Fee |
| Weekly Rate: Sept. Through May | $1300.00 + $100.00 Cleaning Fee |
